- Construction experience a plus
Job Requirements:
- Work under the direct supervision of scheduling supervisor
- Organize, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
- Assist in setting up tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
- Log project timelines and maintain a database of tasks and their status.
- Log all new information into the database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
- Interact with project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
- Interact with the project team and task managers to define work scope to develop and update detailed schedules and cost information.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of schedule changes and recommend a workaround.
- Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems.
- Assist the project team in developing and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
- Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred
