Construction Senior Project Manager - GPAC : Job Details

The area's top General Contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage diverse commercial & light industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise work of subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Solve complex problems and make decisions on-site and in real time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
