• Oversee all on-site activities for commercial and health care construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with project owners, occupants, and stakeholders to maintain open communication.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and work sequencing.
• Supervise site crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor and document subcontractor performance, identifying potential change orders or back charges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety requirements, and health care regulations as applicable.
• Prepare and execute punch lists, assisting with finish work as needed to meet client expectations.

Health Care Construction Focus:

• Preferred but not required: Experience in active health care environments, managing projects in patient care settings.
• Knowledge of ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) and CHC (Certified Health Care Constructor) standards is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with life safety requirements, fire partitions, and other health care-specific regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of construction experience, including leadership roles on project sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in ProCore and other project management tools.
• Georgia BlueCard for stormwater compliance (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with values ranging from $1M to $10M.
• Exceptional communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds safely.
• Background checks and clearance as required for sensitive projects.
