About Our ClientMy client, a well-established family-owned General Contractor, is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team. Specializing in high-end residential construction, they focus on custom homes and remodels throughout Cape Cod, the Islands (Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard), and Southern Massachusetts.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Superintendent:

• Lead and manage on-site construction efforts, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, clients, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe, efficient worksite.

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (custom homes or remodels).
• Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be commutable to Southern MA or Cape Cod.
