Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects valued at $10M to $50M+. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and city/county officials
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings on-site
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents
• Delegate tasks effectively to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staff
• Resolve day-to-day field issues as they arise
• Prepare accurate job progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation
• Ensure overall project success, focusing on safety, profitability, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Develop and manage project schedules, identifying and implementing strategies to recover delays
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager on progress and performance
• Cultivate professional relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground-up, new construction projects
• Proficient in construction management software (Procore or similar) and Microsoft Office suite
