Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for efficient project execution
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation to track progress and milestones
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals
• Lead and mentor on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Previous experience working for a general contractor on large-scale commercial projects (e.g., office buildings, retail spaces, healthcare facilities)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and teams
• Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA 30 certification or similar safety qualifications
