• Position Title: Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
• Location: Broward County

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare construction standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce infection control protocols specific to healthcare environments.
• Ensure all construction activities minimize disruption to ongoing healthcare operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
