Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent reporting to the Facilities Manager in Pecos, Texas. This position will be responsible for overseeing construction projects within the Facilities team, in addition to planning, coordinating, and overseeing all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervising construction crews including contractors, providing guidance, support and direction ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Collaborating with the Facilities team, and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans and strategies that meet project objectives.
  • Monitoring and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for construction activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective utilization.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction management, Facilities or similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading teams, resolving conflicts, and driving performance to achieve project goals.
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices applicable to construction activities
