22nd October, 2024We're searching for a Construction Superintendent for a Columbus-based agricultural construction company. Job Summary: The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of job site operations from start to finish. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring site safety, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.Candidates within the Columbus, Omaha, Lincoln, Norfolk areas encouraged to apply!Pay: $65-85k (based on experience) + BonusesTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: expect to be on the road traveling to job sites 75% of the time to ensure projects are running on schedule.-Must be in Columbus office once a week for meetings-Overnight travel required- job sites can often require overnight travel during the week, typically home on the weekends.- Company vehicle, gas card, phone, travel expenses will be reimbursed. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project execution and ensure quality and compliance.
• Communicate progress with clients and teams.
• Manage laborers, subcontractors, and site organization.
• Use Builder Trend software for project tracking and materials coordination.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Enforce punch lists and safety audits.
• Attend meetings and provide As Built prints.
• Manage on-site materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of construction and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
