Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address any concerns or changes in scope.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive working environment.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in ground up custom home building in Florida.
  • Must have completed ground-up custom home projects to the value of $5 million and above, from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations relevant to Florida.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
