Construction Superintendent - TRS Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Title: Residential Construction Superintendent

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $90k - $120k

Type: Direct hire, full time + bonus

Industry: Custom Homebuilding

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality custom homes from development through punch-out
• Provide managerial oversight of home construction projects, maintaining adherence to high-quality standards and client specifications
• Review and analyze subcontractor and owner-directed change orders
• Monitor progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
• Complete homes and address customer walk-through items prior to closing, ensuring a seamless handover

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years' experience as a Residential Custom Homes Superintendent
• Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all construction phases
• Working knowledge of Buildertrend software
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, & Drive
• Familiarity with local subcontractors and building codes
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
