Trailhead Recruiting is currently looking for a Construction Superintendent for our clients based locally in the greater Denver and Colorado Springs area.
This Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial construction projects in the Denver area. The Superintendent will be responsible for the successful on-site execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of local building regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projects
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety protocols
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers on-site
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Maintain accurate cost and production records
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Participate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partners
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and site conditions.
- Review and approve timesheets, subcontractor invoices, and material purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Strong project management and communication skills
