Construction Superintendent - Executive Alliance : Job Details

Our Client is a large commercial construction company. They are looking for Site Superintendents with strong project experience in multifamily housing developments. Position is located in Rochester, NY .

Job Function:

• Maintain Project Schedule/Timeline to ensure timely completion.
• Manage Field Personnel and Subcontractors.
• Maintain Order and Organization of jobsite and documentation.
• Maintain Communication and coordination with Subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of all sub-contractors.
• Maintain compliance with local safety codes.
• Ability to comprehend and execute construction plans.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certificate (or SST card).
• Proven construction experience with Multifamily Housing, Apartment Buildings, and/or Educational Facilities.
• Familiar with state/local building codes.
• Supervised projects in excess of 20 million
