If interested, please apply directly or email your resume to [email protected] DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent with over 7 years in the commercial space.he role focuses primarily on renovations and fit-out work, managing projects ranging from $2M to $7M.The ideal candidate should have strong forecasting abilities, be able to review scopes and schedules, and identify potential issues before they arise.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on construction sitesManage renovations and fit-out projects valued between $2M and $7MForecast project needs and identify potential issuesEnsure compliance with OSHA 30 standardsUtilize construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft ProjectCoordinate with general contractors and other stakeholdersRead and interpret plans and blueprintsEssential SkillsConstruction managementExperience as a General Contractor in commercial constructionOSHA 30 certificationProficiency in Procore and Microsoft ProjectAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong plan reading and blueprint interpretation skillsWork EnvironmentThis role involves working both on-site at construction locations and in the office.Our company offers competitive benefits, including a base salary with potential for additional earnings, 50% health care coverage, a 3.5% 401K match, a monthly truck allowance of $400, and $50 for phone expenses.After one year, a company truck is provided.Employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid time off, 1 week of sick leave, and 6+ holidays (including Thanksgiving Eve, half-day on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and Good Friday).About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
