Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Lead and coordinate site activities across various trades, maintaining strong communication with the project team
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timelines
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovations
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and high-end finishes
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams in a dynamic project environment
