As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically on projects valued at $20 million or more.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
