Superintendent needed for Big Box projects in Raleigh, NC!

Hays is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead our clients' exciting ground up Big Box projects in Raleigh, NC.

Your new role

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Tilt-wall construction expertise.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Projects completed start to finish with value over $10M+
