About The Role

As a Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, which includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. This will be working on higher education and K12 ground-up projects in Raleigh, NC.

Your main duties will include:

• Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
• Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
• Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.

My client is looking to pay between $125,000 - $145,000 per annum + Benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture or Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ Years experience working as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor
• Experience working on higher education or K12 projects
• Ground-up construction experience
