Construction Superintendent - Uprite Construction : Job Details

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of ground-up construction.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving potential delays.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets Uprite Construction's quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.

What You'll Bring:

• Must have experience in ground-up construction.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent working for a general contractor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and project plans.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
