Job Description :

This position requires strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate project start-up in conjunction with Project and Safety Managers.

Material Management: Order or requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedule equipment as needed.

Team Leadership: Conduct daily meetings and toolbox talks with subcontractors. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule field personnel and subcontractor activities.

Safety Oversight: Monitor jobsite safety, address deficiencies, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Communication: Maintain open communication with project owners, field teams, and the Project Manager.

Project Monitoring: Inspect work progress, equipment, and project sites to ensure adherence to specifications and company quality standards.

Equipment Management: Ensure proper operation and safety of all equipment, vehicles, and machinery; arrange repairs or replacements as necessary.

Training: Train field personnel in demolition methods, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Administrative Tasks: Review and submit timesheets, maintain records, and complete reports as required.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent in demolition.

Certification: OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work safely and ensure a safe work environment.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Salary Range - $90K - $125K
