Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Leading large scale Lab/Lifescience & Biopharma projects up to $150M
• Delivering the project within budgeted cost, by the scheduled completion date
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activities on projects
• Ensure adherence to the company's safety program in all phases and areas of the project
• Cooperate with Client and representatives to keep them informed of progress

Profile

The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading large scale Lab/Lifescience projects as a Super
• Ideally experience leading projects $10M-50M
• Lab/Lifescience/Biopharma project background
• Must have Rigging experience
• OSHA 30 certification

Job Offer

The Superintendent will receive:

• Compensation up to $180k+
• Vehicle allowance + fuel card
