Construction Superintendent - Mod - RecruitMilitary Placement Services : Job Details

In this role, you will demonstrate the ability to direct, supervise and lead the performance of field operations for the new equipment installation side of the business. You will have direct responsibility for direct supervision of construction mechanics and installation teams. The position requires regular meetings with customers to be held to address their needs and ensure that the sites are properly prepared for our installation. Also, you will efficiently scheduling labor resources and manage an operating budget. You will also work hand in hand with the sales team to support the sale of equipment upgrades. The company will be looking for polished leaders with a construction background. This is not a pure office role. You will be in the field working with your customers and employees 80% of the time. This is a mix of leadership, consulting, and technical project management.
