Join Casey's Construction team as we evolve and transform together.The Construction Supervisor oversees various types of construction projects to ensure procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications required by Casey's within assigned areas. They are responsible for overseeing general contractors and ensuring timely completion of all projects.As a Construction Supervisor, you will also:* Be responsible for hiring general contractors, establishing construction schedules, ordering material, and scheduling delivery of products. May assist with obtaining building permits.* Estimate cost of construction project and maintains budget.* Supervise assigned project personnel, including general contractor and subcontractor.* Monitor project progress to ensure that established procedures are followed, and materials used meet the required specifications.* Examine finished work to ensure compliance with regulations set by local, state, and federal authorities.* Supervise the installation of the petroleum storage tank and piping to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.* Maintain a project log of activities and materials received.* Keep construction schedule up to date for Store Support Center.* Approve all invoices for the assigned project and submits for payment.Work is performed in both an office setting and field site locations, 30% of the time requiring travel to the field.What you can expect when you join the Casey's Team:* A transformative culture putting service first and taking pride in caring for our guests, our communities, and each other.* Opportunities to use cutting edge technologies and enterprise wide collaboration to enable our strategy and drive world class service.* The right balance between work and life, to do your best work and enjoy those important personal moments. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.#LI-SP!
