Develop your career and be part of a company where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will have a direct impact on your community.Requirements* High school diploma* 3 years of construction experience, focusing on kitchen installations or renovations* A valid driver's license* Proficient in construction techniques, tools, safety practices, and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings* Strong communication & problem-solving skills* The ability to work both independently and collaborativelyConstruction Team Lead Tasks:* Manage a team of 2 - 4 construction workers in the installation and renovation of modular kitchens.* Oversee project progress, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to specifications and deadlines.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting quality and compliance standards.* Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to align project needs and expectations.* Train and mentor team members on techniques, best practices, and safety procedures.* Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available for projects.* Address on-site issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain project momentum.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)Pay: $25+ per hour (depending on experience)Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday | Earned Wage Access (access a portion of your earned wages before your payday), referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, and a breakroom.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead with purpose, we'd love to hear from you!
