For over 30 years, Perfect Play Fields and Links has been a prominent figure in golf course and athletic field construction and renovation. Based in Belleville, Illinois, we have performed work throughout the Midwest on sports facilities of all levels of competition, up to and including Major League Baseball and the National Football League, as well as a multitude of golf venues in the greater St. Louis area.

Perfect Play is seeking a civil engineer to serve as the head of our construction division and anchor our design-build capabilities.

Job Description/Requirements:
  • Design and engineering work associated with our projects and build relationships that could benefit from our ability to be a “one-stop shop”.
  • Business development and business development plan.
  • Project Management.
  • Strategic planning and problem solving.
  • Seeking, hiring, and developing talent to fulfill our organizational chart.
  • Forecast workload and sales.
  • Responsible for financial success of the division/profitability.
  • Responsibilities not limited to this description.
  • Assistance in grant acquisition for customers.
  • Some familiarity with excavation and grading equipment.
