You will work closely with the Construction Foreman and other crew members to ensure all jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist in site excavation and preparation.
• Handle and transport materials and tools to job sites.
• Follow instructions from the foreman and senior crew members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on site.
• Participate in the assembly and disassembly of structures and installations.
• Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and machinery is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
