CONSULTANT - Safeassure Consultants : Job Details

Consultant/Instructor for a growing Employee Safety/Consulting Company. Ability to teach and work with a wide variety of clientele a must. Construction, Safety, EMS, CPR experience necessary (construction or safety preferred). Must be able to work with Microsoft Office Suite proficiently and have experience with computer/AV and office equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish a high level of personal credibility and build strong professional working relationships with the clients.
• Contribute to SafeAssure team effort by being a valuable member and contributor to the methods and philosophies.
• Create and deliver high-level safety training courses to a wide variety of clientele.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in learning and mastering new concepts and processes.
• Ability to multi-task and change direction as needed/requested.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to effectively work with a variety of people, personalities, skill levels, and organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An extremely positive attitude and demeanor.
• Self-driven and self-motivated to get work projects completed.
• Maintain a valid drivers license with the ability to travel to client sites throughout the state of MN.
• Ability to work with computer equipment, AV and office equipment.

Education and Experience

• Experience working in a safety environment, Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, or construction experience required (a combination preferred).
• Open to learning safety related subject matter including different techniques of training and building professional relationships.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience accepted.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications required.
