This is a hybrid role supporting PFNA Division in the Chicago area. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and leverage data, analytics and insights to inform growth strategies for the client, as well Circana. We seek candidates with previous market research experience, particularly in the CPG space, and a strong desire to uncover the why. This role will have people management requirements for a small team.Job Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership - Consistently use innovative thinking and an analytic approach to find ways to engage client team in leveraging Circana data assets and technology
  • Client Leadership - Ability to translate client's strategic objectives into action plans
  • People Leadership -
    • Proactive collaboration with internal partners to create positive working relationships and outcomes
    • Coach/mentor to drive team future development
  • Thought Leadership - Brings visibility of industry thought leadership to enhance Circana's position as a trusted partner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Circana/IRI/NPD or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen IQ, as well proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have strong analysis, storytelling and communication skills

Location This position can be located in the following area(s): ChicagoThe below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
