A company is looking for a Consulting Proposals and Contracts Associate II to join their Proposal & Contracts team.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned proposals, change orders, and contractsEnsure all stakeholders are informed throughout the proposal development lifecycle to meet deadlinesDraft quality proposals and contracts in collaboration with subject matter experts and maintain tracking in SalesforceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the Sciences; Business Administration/Marketing are acceptable alternativesTwo to four years of relevant biopharmaceutical or medical device industry experience, including at least two years in proposal developmentPreferred experience in consulting or regulatory servicesAble to manage multiple stakeholders to meet deadlinesAdvanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and knowledge of common commercial software
