Consulting, Technology Consulting – SNOW BPM (ServiceNow) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1560856), Ernst and Young U.S. LLP, San Jose, CA.

Analyze technology, business, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. Assess and evaluate IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business risks. Assist clients in modifying/strengthening internal controls and improving IT and business performance. Work on ServiceNow implications and help develop IT strategies relating to governance, principles, skills, and sourcing. Determine computer software or hardware needs. Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients on all aspects of proposals, staffing, and managing IT Strategy and Governance programs/projects. Create roadmaps with detailed project initiatives over a timeline. Align ServiceNow modules with business models across industry markets and guide IT process and organizational re-engineering programs or project streams. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full-time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 2 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm.

Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:

Must have 3 years of experience in 1 of the following:

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of consulting professionals.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
