Job Details

Our client seeks a mid-level litigation associate (4+ years) to join their thriving consumer class action practice. You'll work on cutting-edge consumer protection matters representing plaintiffs against major corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute case strategies alongside senior attorneys
• Draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and appellate submissions
• Manage discovery and draft related documents
• Research complex legal issues and help develop novel legal theories
• Collaborate with experts and analyze data to support claims
• Participate in all phases of litigation from initial investigation through appeal

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably including class action work
• Outstanding legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal court clerkship
• Law Review or Journal experience
• Prior experience in consumer protection, complex commercial litigation, or appellate work
