General Function
The Commercial Customer Service Treasury Management Support Banker serves as the main point of contact for commercial banking customers utilizing Treasury Management platforms. This role focuses on providing comprehensive customer support, ensuring compliance, resolving potential issues, and fostering strong client relationships. The position emphasizes identifying and recommending products and services tailored to customer needs while ensuring a smooth navigation of Treasury Management products and online platforms.
Basic Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and department-specific systems.
Advanced knowledge of bank products, services, and Treasury Management operations.
Technical support skills, including co-browse capabilities.
Familiarity with digital capabilities and IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Support customers in navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms using tools like emulation and co-browse.
Maintain technical expertise in bank systems through ongoing training.
Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
