CONSUMER FINANCIAL SERVICES ASSOCIATE (0759)Description

Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an Illinois-barred attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. The ideal candidate will have consumer finance experience, and familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) is a plus. Strong academic and professional credentials are required.

Candidates must be located in a state where our client has an office, be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live, and also be actively barred in Illinois. Admissions to other bars are a plus.
