What You'll Do:

As a Contact Center Agent, you'll handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information about our products and services. You'll assist customers in scheduling appointments, coordinating consultations, and guiding them through the initial stages of the remodeling process. By actively listening to customers' needs and providing solutions (or escalating when necessary), you'll ensure every customer gets the best experience possible. You'll maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system and aim to meet or exceed performance metrics like call handling time and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with strong communication skills who's ready to deliver excellent customer service. You'll need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate with team members to meet common goals. If you have experience working in a call center or customer service role, that's a plus, but we're ready to train the right person!
