We are looking for a Contact Supervisor to join our Catalyst team in Seneca, SC.

During your 12-hour shift as a Contact Supervisor, you will

* Establish, reinforce, and support a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with allrelevant EHS regulations and procedures/policies.

* Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

* Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise individual performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

* Set goals and objectives of the operations staff of the area

* Direct and coordinate activities concerned with production of company product(s) by performing the duties personally and/or through subordinates.

* Confer with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.

* Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.

* Coordinate production activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

* Review and analyze production, quality control, and maintenance activities.

* Implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.

* Assist in revising production schedules and priorities because of equipment failure or operating problems.

* Consult with engineering personnel.

If you...

* High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment; OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

* Solid experience managing large groups of operators.

* Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

* Intermediate to advanced computer skills and excellent math skills.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.

* The selected candidate must be willing and able to work rotating shifts based on site need.

* Must be able to lift to 40 pounds.

* Must be able to work day or night 12-shift
