QualificationsA Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role is also required. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail are required. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is also required. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing planning is also required. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, as well as have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities - Tells the story of persons served by MERS Goodwill to raise both internal and community awareness and emotional attachment to Goodwill.
- Create high-quality and creative content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, digital signage, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with Goodwill's brand voice and objectives.
- Produce visual content, such as videos, graphics, and photos, to enhance storytelling and engage with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize and improve future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Monitor and maintain social media software including responding to comments/feedback.
- Other duties assigned.
