Job Description :
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Designer (UX) to join their team on a 6+ month contract, with a high potential for conversion in 2025. This role is based in Seattle and requires on-site work for 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate is able to take feedback from stakeholders well, and thrive in a startup-like environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead content design work for complex 0-to-1 product development for our client's diverse, international audience- Develop product flows and messaging frameworks- Craft engaging, clear, and concise in-product content that simplifies complex financial concepts- Collaborate with various teams to create a cohesive customer experience across all platforms and touch points- Use data, user research, and Voice of Customer feedback to inform content design decisions- Work with our client's compliance and legal teams to ensure content integrity and adherence to industry and international standards and regulationsRequired Skills and Experience:- 5+ years of content design or relevant UX writing experience- Strong experience in partnering with compliance and legal teams - Familiarity with strategic content design tools such as content audits, gap analyses, empathy maps, messaging frameworks, and voice-and-tone frameworks- Experience designing and shipping end-to-end products with complex flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases- A UX content design portfolio that ideally includes end-to-end customer journeys, user interface copy, and user education- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experienceOur client is committed to enhancing the lives of immigrants and their families by offering the most reliable global financial services products.
