Content Management Analyst - Eliassen Group : Job Details

Are you a detail-oriented content management professional with a passion for creating and maintaining high-quality digital content? We are seeking a Content Management Analyst to join our client's dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping their online presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for authoring and updating a large number of web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring that the client's content is consistent, timely, accurate, and relevant. You will follow established content and design guidelines to maintain a cohesive approach across their public website, while also ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author and update web pages within AEM.
• Implement proactive content governance and maintenance processes.
• Ensure content consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Maintain web content for legal, brand, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
• Create digital content, including policies, informational content, and FAQs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
• Prior experience authoring content for enterprise websites.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional digital strategy team.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of experience working with AEM as a content author.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
