General Marketing & Graphic Support: Own the company's digital image library, ensuring all new creative is uploaded, tagged, and organized as received, and update online sales channels with new imagery. Provide creative assets according to the marketing calendar and strategy for paid social andpaid search campaigns. Coordinate product needs for lifestyle photoshoots. Broadcast email campaigns - strategy, planning, building and scheduling. Design projects as needed that support other departments i.e. retail store signage, product packaging, and other various collateral. E-Commerce Support: Work with ecommerce manager to identify and resize assets for the site updates (product pages, homepages, recipes, general content etc). Support new functionalities and programs as needed, including but not limited to: loyalty programs, gift registry, trade program, social media, etc. Support product page content. Social Media: Own the company's presence on social platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook, staying up to date on and utilizing emerging technologies (Reels, Lives, Social commerce opportunities, etc.). Build and execute strategies to consistently grow the company's audience and engagement on targeted social platforms, achieving set KPIs. Develop, implement, and manage the social content calendar and social marketing strategy, building campaigns to support company-wide goals with measurable results. Oversee influencer partnerships, identify and secure partnerships with influencers to increase brand awareness across social channels, maintaining existing relationships while developing new ones in accordance with marketing calendar and brand priorities. Optimize all social channels for sales opportunities through social commerce features, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Oversee digital marketing assets, working with external influencers and photographers, while leveraging your own content production skills. Minimum Requirements: Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing accordingly to meet deadlines. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience required. Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platform and working knowledge of list segmentation, KPIs and A/B testing. Shopify Plus, Google Suite proficiency. Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to mimic tone and brand voice. Experience managing a business social media account and engaging with audience. Ability to stay organized and manage priorities to meet deadlines. Strong interest in marketing, design, and content creation, lending to growth potential within Farmhouse Pottery.
