ZenQMS is seeking a creative, strategic, and organized Content Specialist to craft compelling content such as thought leadership pieces, blog posts, case studies, social media posts, ad copy, and email campaigns that resonates with our target audience, amplifies our brand voice, and engages potential and existing customers. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of content creation, including collaborative ideation, copywriting, copyediting, strategic programming, and scheduling / publishing / distributing your content via our marketing automation platform and CMS (Hubspot). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and supports our marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Aid in the development of a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audiences, with a focus on SEO and engagement KPIs.Collaborate with our sales, customer success, and product teams to align our content and voice with that of the marketBe a vocal contributor during meetings and creative brainstorming sessionsFully absorb, understand, and champion ZenQMS's brand voice and tone across all content Stay updated on industry trends to inform content topics and formatsContent Creation:Develop rich and robust thought leadership posts and articles that align with ZenQMS' philosophy on quality management and invite in new audience members seeking high quality informationDevelop organic social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement Create LinkedIn ad copy for blogs, gated assets, and other marketing materials.Support the creation of Google Ad copy Draft customer announcements / newsletter copy to communicate events and other marketing initiatives.Ensure consistency and quality of messaging in all communications.Own the end-to-end process of identifying and developing customer case studiesTrack and manage customer testimonials to showcase success stories.Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify impactful customer narratives that highlight our solution's unique value proposition to the marketContent Publishing / Distribution:Work with our Demand / Digital team to schedule and / or publish your content to our various channels, such as our blog, website, LinkedIn, etc. Metrics and Analysis:Track and analyze data to understand what content is performing well and what needs improvementProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize content strategy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in content creation with a focus on thought leadership driven assetsExperience in the life sciences industry, technology, and / or quality management is preferred, with an understanding of industry standards and audience needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage project timelines, tasks, and subtasks effectively.Experience publishing content in Hubspot (or another marketing automation platform) is preferredStrong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SEM, and PPCAbility to keep up to date with industry and audience trends Periodic travel for Quarterly Team Meetings will be required to the company's headquarters in Ardmore, PA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
