Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Content Writer located in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is vital to our team, focusing on the creation of engaging and informative content for various digital and offline platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with our cross-functional creative team, contributing to customer interactions and communication strategies.Responsibilities:- Develop engaging content for various platforms including websites, email, customer service scripting, and print communication.- Utilize skills in design and project management to ensure content aligns with overall company goals.- Leverage behavioral science principles to create content that influences customer behavior and supports business objectives.- Collaborate with the team to standardize customer communications and create new content that aligns with customer journeys.- Apply user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles in content creation to enhance customer interactions.- Maintain accurate customer records and process customer applications.- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer communication strategies.- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation. Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in Content Writing- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication- Knowledge and experience in Design and Project Management- Understanding of Medical Coverage, Websites, and Digital Principles- Familiarity with UX and UI design principles- Proven record of creativity and innovation in content creation- Ability to handle Disability Claims and work with Messaging Platforms- Experience in Stakeholder engagement- Capacity to work on both online and offline platforms- Knowledge of Microsites and Redeployment strategies- Ability to manage Notifications and keep track of Progress- Familiarity with Fusion techniques in content creation- Strong commitment to non-discrimination and equal opportunity employment.
