Schedule candidate interviews (in-office and remote), administer applicant testing, maintain testing results, and serve as a primary contact for candidates. Additional duties of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will include managing HR records, reporting, and assisting with special projects and billing for contract staffing. *** This is a long-term opportunity with potential for full-time conversion *** Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Bachelors in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Workday HRIS experience a plus
- Basic math through Algebra
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Grammar, punctuation, spelling, & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with all levels of the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality
Schedule for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Possible hybrid scheduling
- Downtown location
Compensation for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- $20-25/hour, based on experience
