- Execute duties related to the gifting program, including preparation, distribution, and cleanup.
- Coordinate with staff and departments to ensure smooth product distribution on a weekly basis.
- Utilize lifting and moving equipment for handling merchandise effectively.
- Access the player tracking system to manage program awards and updates.
- Address guest inquiries related to the gifting program and resolve any issues.
- Count, stock, and prepare merchandise for distribution.
- Receive weekly product deliveries and pack return orders for shipping.
- Operate lifting and moving equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and dollies as required.
- Serve as the primary handler of products for distribution.
- Conduct promotional drawings and accurately record payouts.
- Provide daily counts of redemptions and maintain reporting standards.
- Represent the casino at events and set up promotional displays.
- Engage with guests and facilitate activities to ensure a positive experience.
- Address inquiries related to the rewards program, including tier status, promotional offers, point redemptions, and bus group enrollment.
- Process guest transactions at the rewards club and on the gaming floor accurately and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the system.
- Build strong relationships with casino guests through personalized service and attentive support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to the rewards program.
- Deliver excellent guest service to loyalty program members, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Actively recruit new members for the rewards program by informing them of its benefits and advantages.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events to encourage guest participation and engagement.
- Attending all required training sessions and meetings.
- Maintain professional attire for events.
- Comply with workplace policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department or business.
Qualifications & Education:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Motivated self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with database management preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of personalities.
- Commitment to teamwork principles.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
- Strong customer service experience is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Frequently sit, stand, and use hands, arms, and fingers.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Be available for evening, weekend, and irregular shifts as needed.
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene due to close interaction with others.
- Work in a casino environment, which may have a high noise level that varies by location.
- Adhere to a non-smoking, alcohol-free, drug-free and dust-free work environment.
