If you enjoy creating a positive and effective process and experience for others and enjoy a role where each day is a different and exciting, this could be the role for you!What You'll Do:* Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand process improvement opportunities* Lead strategic, enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, utilizing business process management, lean, and six sigma methodologies* Conduct end-to-end process analysis and future state redesign* Develop Lean and Six Sigma curriculum that enables the implementation of Lean, Team & Six Sigma principles* Management of labor standards for all stores* Continuously expand knowledge of Lean tools and techniquesWhat We're Looking For:* 3+ years of experience in a business process improvement role* Lean Certification preferred* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite* Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, supply chain management of engineering preferredTeam Member Competencies:* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills* Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction* Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs* A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems* Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-makingCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: Starting pay at $58,000.00-$70,000/year + DOE and bonus OpportunitiesThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Benefits Include:* Full Health, Dental and Vision Package with company contribution to cost.* In-Store and Fuel Discounts* Retirement plan with company match (401K).* This position will be eligible for the annual incentive bonus program.* Comprehensive Paid Time-Off Policy, along with additional perks and benefitsMaverik/Kum & Go is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an inclusive environment encouraging all interested candidates to apply.
