In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes, with a strong focus on supply planning and continuous improvement. You will play a key part in driving the plant's success and achieving operational objectives. Implement ETO standard processes in the plant for comprehensive planning scope Coach and educate plant planning staff on the value of standard processes Provide support during deployment phases and foster a culture of continuous improvement Foster the SPS spirit, encouraging curiosity, a can-do attitude, and best practice sharing Develop and establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation Make the SPS a planning animation system in the plant Define yearly ambitions with Plant GM and monitor the plant improvement plan Implement operational techniques and activities for reliable setup monitoring Monitor service level, lead time, and forecast accuracy Follow up the planning transformation action plan to align with plant objectives Focus on critical improvements and ensure momentum for expected results Support the planning manager in making necessary changes and alert the Plant Transformation Leader in case of deviations What skills and capabilities will make you successful? 5 years experience in leadership role in Operations or Supply Chain Planning Team player - Team builder (functional leadership) Project management What's in it for you?
