Job Description :

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will actively promote a culture of Continuous Improvement. Lead teams in continuous improvement activities, process redesign and waste elimination. Perform analysis, suggest improvement actions and coordinate implementation of continuous improvement plan to enhance performance, quality, sustainability and safety, reduce cost and achieve budget targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• KPI:

✓ Implement and follow-up KPI as per contract with customers as well as for internal control

✓ Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance and

analytics and assist team in evaluating and analyzing KPIs.

✓ Prepare monthly business reviews (MBR), as well as QBR (quarterly) and YBR (yearly) and

participate in stakeholder meetings.

✓ Prepare reports for management and customers as may be required with recommendations to

improve supply chain.

• Continuous Improvement:

✓ Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team

✓ Support the development and alignment with customer on process improvement and/or

enhancement strategies

✓ Coordinate with department leaders to propose ways to optimize service levels, maintain

supply-chain efficiency and minimize cost.

✓ Become the expert in the WMS to support operations, reporting and training.

✓ Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or

processes.

✓ Support operations in establishing SOP to improve efficiency, quality and on-job training.

✓ Provide tools and method to analyze client forecasts and historical trends to create fulfillment

plans to optimize management, equipment, resources, and staffing

• Billing, P&L analysis & Budget

✓ In charge of monthly billing

✓ Manage systems to ensure that pricing structures adequately reflect logistics costing.

✓ Participate in budget preparation

• Project management

✓ Key project member for the implementation of the automation system

✓ Lead locally project either from customer initiative or from Bollore.

✓ Coordinate project with internal and external stakeholders, issue progress report, maintain issue

logs and project reports as appropriate.

✓ Support the implementation of new projects in the operations by leading the implementation of

new infrastructure, systems and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.

• Benchmark & Innovation

✓ Cooperate with other logistics facilities in the network to benchmark best practices

✓ Cooperate with B.Labs to watch and identify any potential innovation for the Operations.

• Sustainable program

✓ In charge of promoting and implementing the sustainable program within the Operations /

facility.

✓ Report to customer road map progress

✓ Work with CSR teams and other logistics facilities to identify best practices to be implemented.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, Master degree preferred. Engineering or Supply Chain field preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in Operations, Warehouse, or Solution Design
  • Good understanding of tools & systems supporting SC process
  • Good understanding and experience of WMS, Infolog preferred
  • Good communication skills (frequent interaction with different functions/levels) including customers
  • Experience of warehouse automation systems is a plus (AMR)
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in Tableau or equivalent BI tool
  • Project management skills
  • Hands-on problem solver
  • Process & task oriented
  • Ability to perform under time pressure
  • Language skills: Spanish is a plus
