Continuous Improvement (80%)Advocate and drive cultural transformation across site and lead process improvement projects & initiatives using lean principles to drive towards more efficient and effective processes and systems. Responsible for continuous improvement, being an innovator of positive change that impacts safety, profitability, inventory turns, on-time delivery, lead-time, and quality. Lead corporate and site-specific CI training and assist as needed with developing further training as required. Analyze problems, account for variances, drive for root causes, and implement improved methods and procedures. Create, review, and update improvement plans. Utilize problem solving skills and lead cross functional teams to address issues or gaps in the plant and take corrective/preventative actions, as necessary. Execute the lean strategy for the organization focused on each value stream and subsequently drive implementation.
