Description

Continuous Improvement Engineer:

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop, and implement Lean processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Analyze Workflow and Processes: Conduct time studies and value stream mapping to evaluate and improve production methods.
  • Develop Standard Work Procedures: Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality departments to align improvement projects with business goals.
  • Implement 5S and Visual Management: Promote workplace organization and efficiency through 5S practices and effective visual tools.
  • Drive Problem-Solving Initiatives: Use root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address production and process challenges.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI): Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes for new product launches.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Research and integrate the latest Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Continuous Improvement Engineer:

  • RUBBER MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED
  • Proven Expertise in Lean Manufacturing: Demonstrated experience implementing Lean principles and tools in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies for process improvement.
  • Effective Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address operational challenges.
