About the Role

This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Leadership Team and reports to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build roadmap of activities mixing Kaizen, training and focused projects to drive continuous improvement to advance competitiveness and operational excellence in the facility.
• Lead, Direct and drive the utilization of problem-solving methods for related plant and customer issues
• Engage associates at all level of the organization in lean/continuous improvement process
• Resolve problems logically and effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Senior level CI, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or equivalent experience. Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of organization to drive continuous improvement. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
