As a ContinuousImprovement Project Manager, Packaging & Labeling you will be responsible for:Leveragingyour medical device labeling and packaging experience, drive and managelabeling and packaging key initiatives and projects. Facilitatingthe process for continuous improvement projects, managing dashboards, metricsand communication process for product related projects and process/technologyrelated initiatives.Developingand maintaining both high level and detailed project plans, metrics anddashboards as well as any related budgets. Leveragingyour ability to lead without direct reports, be an independent subject matterexpert, knowledgeable resource, facilitator, and coach to the Packaging &Labeling organization.Influence,oversee and manage project teams supporting project deliverables without directreporting lines.Understandingof technology and automation in labeling development and / or manufacturingpackaging systems and equipmentProactivelyprovide coaching to C&L team on tools, leveraging your expertise as aproject manager and lean sigma to enable the structured process and delivery ofall key project initiatives and ensure completionIdentifyingcritical path activities and work with various functions to eliminate roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.Partneringwith business owners, ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and keepbusiness owners in the loop on progress, milestones, risks and any neededescalations.Gainingalignment and acceptance for ideas, plans and actions and implement acrossorganizational boundariesLeadingproject team meetings to ensure successful completion of deliverables usingstandardized project tools and content management systems.Proactivelyproviding ongoing progress updates to management team, cross-functionalbusiness partners and senior leadership on progress of projects.
